On October 15, 2025, an important meeting dedicated to the development of international cooperation and the implementation of the mega-project BR24992964, “Development of Integrated Energy-Saving Technologies to Improve the Efficiency and Environmental Sustainability of Marine Operations in the Kazakhstan Sector of the Caspian Sea,” was held at the Faculty of Engineering of Yessenov University.
The meeting was attended by international members of our project’s research team:
Professor Qamar Abbas, Poznan University (H-index: 23);
Professor Xueue Pan, Zhongshan Polytechnic University.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the current stages of project implementation, approaches to introducing energy-saving technologies, the development of startup initiatives, as well as the provision of the necessary laboratory equipment and technical support.
This scientific collaboration represents an important step toward preserving the marine ecosystem and optimizing engineering solutions from an environmental perspective.
